As a Trust and Safety Program Manager, you'll optimize policies and processes to enhance user experience and internal operations, create proposals, workflows, and policies, and collaborate to complete impactful initiatives, using data and an investigative mindset to drive Trust and Safety improvements and address gaps.

Manage all activities necessary for developing, implementing and maintaining continuing professional medical education programs. Identify and manage program volunteer planning committee. Oversee development of content and slide sets from the planning committee. Manage program related vendors and all program materials, ensuring compliance with AHA policies.

We are looking for an experienced, strategic leader to shape and execute our Product & Engineering strategy. You will work closely with the CTO and VPs to co-create annual and quarterly OKRs, translating them into actionable roadmaps with clear success criteria. This role involves managing multiple cross-functional programs, overseeing scope, timing, budget, and risk, and driving projects from start to finish.
